-Any dispute or claim arising from or related to this website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws.
-At Anaya & Amal, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:
1. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery.
2. The item(s) received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
3. The received product(s) is different from the original order.
4. The package is incomplete, missing any essential elements such as price tags, labels, or original packaging.
If the product is found to be damaged or missing any items, clear images of the outer packaging and product(s) must be shared via email at support@anayaamal.com before discarding the packaging.
- Please email pictures of the defective item to support@anayaamal.com or call at +92 (300) 111 627422 within 7 days after order delivery in the case to raise a dispute. Anaya & Amal will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once the dispute is settled fairly, we will then issue a replacement (product) against the product mentioned in the invoice or entertain you with a coupon of the same product(s) value that can be used to purchase from Anaya & Amal within the next 60 days.
- No disputes or exchange requests will be entertained beyond 7 days after delivery.
-Anaya & Amal may share marketing materials such as newsletters and catalogs via email, including details like your name, wishlist, and postal address.
-We may contact you in case of any issues related to order delivery (e.g., incorrect phone number or address).
-We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard (or any other agreed currency).
-All online transactions are processed securely, and payment details are directly transmitted to our payment provider through a protected connection.
